Lead Wires 

Most cables are available in ivory or grey wire (except where noted) with your choice of red or black plugs and red, black or red & black pins. We also offer banana ends instead of pins. Once you know the catalogue number of the wire style you want, you can further  specify your choice as indicated by adding to the part number as described below:

Leadwire Colour Specifications (add to part number): IV = ivory wire, GR = grey wire, BB = black plug and pins, RR = red plug and pins, BRB = black plug, one red and one black pin (eg W6572IVBB, W6512GRRR, W7372IVBRB). If you do not see the wire you want, or have a different combination in mind, please let us know! We are very flexible (and we may already have it!)

1/4" STEREO SERIES (FDA COMPLIANT)
The leadwires described in this series comply with FDA performance standard 21 CFR, part 898. The tips of the phono plugs are not conductive. If you currently are in the USA and are using leadwires purchased prior to May 9, 2000, you may have to purchase an adaptor for your unit to function with these new FDA compliant wires. Our adaptor AD6500 will convert a channel from the older style 1/4" plug to work with this newer FDA compliant style. Please call if you require further information.

BANANA SERIES ( FDA COMPLIANT)
Our FDA compliant sheathed banana line is unique in that the wires will fit both units manufactured by Richmar, as well as those made by Amrex. The sheathed banana is moulded as one piece, so it will not come apart. The tips are coated with our own unique method which will not fall off as is often the case with the plastic piece affixed to other brands of sheathed banana wires.

3 -PIN DIN SERIES
We offer the 3 - Pin DIN series in both a straight and right angle configuration. These leads are most often used with equipment manufactured by Mettler ( right angle, ivory cable, black plug to red and black pins (W7472IVBRB) ) and work with our stereo or mono to DIN adaptors (AD7500 and AD9500). Many older units which previously used stereo or mono phono plugs have been adapted to FDA guidelines with these adaptors. They commonly use the straight 3-pin DIN cables (ivory cable black plug to black pins (W7572IVBB) and red plug to red pins (W7572IVRR). Both styles are also available with dual banana ends instead of pins. 3-pin DIN to single pin are available for combo therapy - for Mettler units, pin #1 is used for combo therapy; for other units adapted with this adaptor, pin#2 is more commonly used for combo therapy. 4 -PIN DIN SERIES
The 4 -Pin DIN series are compatible with units manufactured by Chattanooga, LSI, Sterne and Enraf. All newer dual or quad channel units manufactured by Chattanooga use the 4 -pin DIN to 4 pins wire (W7172), while their low volt unit is compatibe with our W7972GRBRB leadwire.   

5 -PIN DIN SERIES
Our 5 - PIN DIN leadwires are compatible with Williams units (our cat no W8172) and we have a unique wire that works with the NEMECTRON unit.

5-BLADE TUCHEL FOR ENDOMED 433 ETC

Due to the discontinuation of the 5-blade Tuchel plug (shown at left) used for older Enraf Endomed 433 / Vectrodyne / Richmar / Physiomed / Multiplex etc. units many manufacturers could not support the units once the leadwires broke. Several clients came to us and ask for our help.  CMP has developed the "TUCHEL" solution: a unique adaptor and wire system that makes these units functional, compliant and all at a reasonable cost.

BIFURCATING WIRES
  We off 2 types of bifurcating wires - pin or banana; as well as a TENS bifurcating wire.

  We offer many different converters - from pin to banana, banana to pin, pin to snap, as well as a converter that allows you to use a sheathed pin with a non-pigtail electrode, or one that converts a leadwire with a 0.060 pin to a 0.080 pin so you can use it with many other types of electrodes.

TENS LEAD WIRES & ACCESSORIES
We offer TENS leadwires to fit many different styles of units. The 2.5mm and 3.5mm phono plugs are no longer available to the USA. We offer an adaptor (AD3500) which will convert the unit to use with an FDA compliant wire (W1636)
